1 General Terms

By accessing or using the 8c88 platform, you are deemed to have fully agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using 8c88.

2 Account Registration

One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one account on 8c88. Creating multiple accounts using the same person, household, device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all of them will be closed and any funds held may be forfeited.

• Please provide your real name, mobile number, and date of birth when registering.
• Keep your account password strong and confidential.
• Do not share your account with or allow access to any other person.
• If your contact details change, please update your profile immediately.

3 Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years old to participate on 8c88. Use of 8c88 by anyone under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited. 8c88 employs age verification measures to protect minors from accessing gaming services.

If an account is found to have been created on behalf of a minor, it will be suspended immediately and all associated transactions will be voided. 8c88 reserves the right to request government-issued ID to verify a user's age at any time.

4 Deposits & Payments

8c88 accepts deposits via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and other major mobile banking methods in Bangladesh. Please keep the following in mind before making a deposit:

Deposited funds may only be used for gaming purposes. Depositing via third-party accounts or payment methods is strictly prohibited. Before making a deposit to 8c88, ensure you are using your own mobile banking account.

5 Withdrawal Policy

Certain conditions must be met to withdraw winnings from 8c88. Our goal is to keep the withdrawal process transparent and fast.

Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳100.
• Identity verification (KYC) may be required before processing a withdrawal.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

8c88 bonuses and promotions are designed to give members added value. However, each bonus comes with specific conditions, and failure to meet them may result in the bonus being cancelled.

General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus has its own individually defined wagering requirement (WR).
• The WR must be met before any withdrawal from bonus funds can be made.
• Bonuses may be restricted to specific games only.
• If a bonus is misused or its conditions are breached, both the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly stated otherwise.

7 Betting Rules

The following rules apply when betting on 8c88 and cover cricket, football, slots, Live Casino, and all other game types available on the platform.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except where a cash-out feature is available).
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 8c88 reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Match fixing or betting using insider information is strictly prohibited.
• 8c88 reserves the right to set maximum win limits.

Odds in live betting change rapidly. The odds displayed at the time your bet is placed will be considered final. If a bet is processed late due to network issues, the odds applicable at that time will apply.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 8c88. Engaging in any of these may result in account closure and legal action:

• Creating multiple accounts.
• Depositing funds from money laundering or illegal sources.
• Using hacking tools, bots, or automated software.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs for personal gain.
• Using third-party payment methods.
• Borrowing or lending money to other members.
• Operating fraudulent activities in the name of 8c88.
• Managing an account on behalf of a minor.

9 Responsible Gaming

10 Account Closure

• Failing to provide accurate information when requested.

Members may request account closure at any time by emailing support@8c88.online. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance before the account is closed.

11 Limitation of Liability

The 8c88 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. 8c88's liability is limited in the following areas:

• Losses resulting from internet connection disruptions.
• Delays caused by third-party server or payment gateway issues.
• Losses resulting from the user's own errors (e.g., placing an incorrect bet).
• Consequences of sharing account information with third parties.

8c88 makes every effort to keep the platform running smoothly and reliably. However, no platform can guarantee 100% uninterrupted service.

12 Changes & Updates

8c88 reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes in advance via email or an on-platform notification.
